1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Pizza House Gettysburg website and online ordering platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service
The Service allows you to browse our menu, place food orders for pickup or delivery, manage your account, and participate in our loyalty program. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing orders.
3. Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability. Payment is processed securely through Clover's hosted checkout — we never store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within our designated delivery zone in the Gettysburg, PA area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather, and other factors. A delivery fee applies to all delivery orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact information.
5. Loyalty Program
Our loyalty program awards points for qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined across accounts. We reserve the right to modify point values, rewards, and program rules at any time. Fraudulent activity (including creating multiple accounts, abusing referral codes, or other manipulation) will result in account termination and forfeiture of all points.
6. Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
7. Allergens and Dietary Information
We provide dietary tags (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian) as a convenience. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens due to shared preparation areas. If you have severe allergies, please contact us directly before ordering.
8. AI-Assisted Ordering
We offer phone and text ordering assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-assisted calls are recorded for quality assurance in accordance with Pennsylvania's two-party consent law — you will be notified at the beginning of each call. You may request to speak with a human at any time during an AI-assisted interaction.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pizza House Gettysburg provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Adams County, Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or SMS.
